The Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan is intensifying efforts to improve the quality of education by promoting a culture of academic freedom that stimulates the growth of educational services.

Registration and login to your portal account

• Register: Start your academic journey by registering on the site. Go to the login page, click the "Register" button and provide your details, including academic performance, motivation for admission, citizenship, identification number, full name and email. Set a strong password and fill out the captcha for added security.
• Email Checker: Confirm your email by clicking on the verification link sent to your email address.
  
• Login to the system: To log into your personal account, enter your chosen language, your email and password. If you have lost your password, please contact our system administrator to recover it.

Distance learning at AUES

We use distance learning to support students with disabilities and those studying abroad. This flexible learning approach is also open to vocational and higher education graduates, offering a simplified and cost-effective way of learning.

Admission to full-time programs OWES

Candidates must provide:

• Original education document.
• A photocopy of an identity document.
• Six passport size photographs (3 x 4 cm).
• Additional documentation may be required depending on your qualifications or personal circumstances.

Receiving a second degree

Persons wishing to obtain a second degree must provide:

• Original diploma of higher education.
• A photocopy of an identity document.
• Six passport size photographs (3 x 4 cm).

National University Test (UNT)

• Registration site: go to a single site.
• Collection: 4230 tenge, paid online using a bank card or through the Kaspi.kz application.
• Test details: UNT is conducted on computers under the supervision of two cameras. The format and duration depend on the chosen field of study.

Required documents for general admission 2024

Applicants must provide a medical certificate, a copy of their vaccination record, and for male applicants, a certificate of registration in the army.
