Registration process
Candidates who wish to take admission in the university can easily register on the website by clicking on the appropriate button on the login screen. To register you need:
- Your academic title
- Purpose of admission
- Country of Citizenship
- Individual Identification Number (IIN)
- Legal name
- E-mail address
Create your account by creating a strong password and completing the captcha to verify that you are a human.
You will need to verify your email address by clicking on the link sent to your address.
Login to user account
To access the educational platform and its functions, you need to enter the following information:
- Language preference
- Email (used to login)
- password
Please note that if you lose your password, the system does not support automatic recovery. To recover your password, you will need to contact the University IT Help Desk.
Admission of foreign students
International applicants are assessed and accepted based on an interview with our admissions committee, ideally five days before the start of the new semester. Required documents include:
- certified copies and translations of educational documents
- Notarized translation of identity documents
- Six passport size photographs
- Health certificate
All documents in languages other than Kazakh or Russian must be translated and notarized. Foreign diplomas of education must be certified (nostrified) in accordance with the rules of the Republic of Kazakhstan during the first semester.
