Created by the Committee on Legal Statistics, the platform Care offers residents of Kazakhstan unique tools for searching for alimony debtors, contacting law enforcement agencies, and also for getting acquainted with information about participants in road accidents.
Registration and access to your personal account
On the portal qamqor.gov.kz you can easily check for fines using the “Find out about your fines” feature right on the main page. Here you can clarify your administrative violations, unpaid fines or confirmation of their payment, indicating your category: individual, legal entity, state registration number or if you are a foreign citizen.
For individuals
To check current information about violations or fines, you need to enter your IIN, ID number and confirmation code. If you make a request for a third party, you must have their consent.
For legal entities
Companies can find out about their current fines through the “Legal Entity” section, where they will need to enter a BIN, registration date and confirmation code.
Main site services
The platform offers a wide range of services, including access to legal statistics, the ability to appeal administrative violations, search for alimony debtors and much more. Some services require an electronic signature.
Mobile application "Information service"
This application gives access to legal statistics, reporting crimes, monitoring their consideration, and also provides statistics and information on fines. The application is available for download at Google Play.
Checking and paying fines
To check fines, the system provides SMS confirmation. You can pay fines online through the qamqor.gov.kz portal or on the Electronic Government portal. Payment through banks and online banking services is also possible.
Deadlines for paying fines and obtaining evidence
The legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan provides for the possibility of paying fines at a discount
in the first seven days. To obtain photo and video evidence of offenses, you must contact the relevant authorities or through the portal qamqor.gov.kz.
Appeals and their consideration
Appeals are considered within fifteen days, unless additional information or verification is required, and up to thirty days in other cases, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
