Qatysu.zhilfond.kz - submit an application for the housing program

Since 2019, Kazakhstan has had an affordable housing rental program for young professionals. This offer does not include the possibility of subsequent purchase of the apartment. Rent is provided for a period of up to five years, and the cost starts from only 5000 tenge per month.

The program can be used by young professionals under 29 years of age who are officially employed and have a stable income. Marital status does not matter, but having children can improve your chances of getting housing. Applications are accepted exclusively online using an electronic signature.

What you need to apply

  • Scan ID pages (yours and those of your family), child birth certificates, marriage certificates, diplomas, real estate certificates, employment certificates, income certificates, and other documents confirming your personal achievements.
  • Collect all documents into one file and submit online along with your application. Make sure the scans are clear and all data is clearly visible.

How to apply

Go to the website qatysu.zhilfond.kz and log into your personal account if you have already registered. If applications are currently closed, wait for it to resume and then you will be able to register and submit an application, selecting the key for electronic signature.
