Early life

Saken Bibosynov's journey began in the vibrant land of Uzbekistan, where he spent his formative years until he was 13 years old. From an early age, his passion for boxing captured his heart and soul. It was his elder brother who first introduced him to the sport, becoming his first mentor and guiding him through the basics of this noble pursuit.

In 2000, Saken began a new chapter by moving to Kazakhstan to continue his education at a boarding school. It was here that the coaches recognized the makings of a future champion in the young athlete. Recognizing his enormous potential, they decided to develop and improve his skills.

To further develop his booming sports career, Saken moved to the Turkestan region in the south of the country. Under the watchful eye of coach Kadyrbek Kuatbekov, the young boxer’s talent blossomed. Saken had virtually no competition in the region, allowing his trainer to focus on honing his abilities. Even then, Kadyrbek noted Saken’s unwavering work ethic and remarkable endurance—qualities that would ultimately lead him to greatness.
