Registration process
To fully use the resources of our site, you need to register in the Kazakhstan analytical system for livestock breeding. Here's a quick guide:
- Go to the main page of the site and select the “Registration” button.
- Fill out the registration form with the required information:
- Type of your operation (e.g. dairy farm, mixed dairy/meat farm)
- Name of your business
- Business Identification Number or Individual Identification Number (BIN/IIN)
- Geographic data such as region, district, and locality.
- Contact information including phone number and email
- Name and address of responsible person
- Modules that interest you (for example, breeding horses, pigs or sheep).
- Upload the file to obtain a certificate of state registration.
Your application will be reviewed, and if all data is verified, you will have access to the system within an hour.
Pre-login requirement
Make sure you have the NCALayer software installed on your computer to access all of our site's features.
How to log in
Once your access has been approved, you can log in using:
- By clicking the "Login" button on our home page.
- Select your electronic digital signature (EDS) and enter your password.
- Confirmation of the correct display of your data, such as BIN, organization name, IIN, full name, certificate validity period.
