Sibinsky lakes

The East Kazakhstan region, which can endlessly amaze with its beauty and amazingly interesting places, in particular the Sibin Lakes, is another place that is worthy of your attention. The lakes are located 85 kilometers from the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk, the path to the lakes lies through the most beautiful places of granite mountains. Sibinsky lakes are five lakes of unusual beauty and clear water: Karakol, Korzhinkol, Shalkar, Tortkarakol, Sadyrkol. The lakes are small in size, located in steps at an altitude of 714 to 868 meters above sea level. On the first lake there are the ruins of an ancient Buddhist temple; a rich library of Tibetan scrolls was found here. The monastery was located on the shore of Lake Sadyrkol, in a granite massif. Sibinsky lakes are most often considered as an object of ecological tourism.

Here you have the opportunity to walk through amazingly beautiful places and swim in lakes in June-August. And in the largest lake, lovers of scuba diving can go diving. The lakes are home to carp and pike, which is of particular interest to fishing enthusiasts. The warm period here lasts 210 days, the maximum temperature in summer is +35 degrees, and in winter -55 degrees. The average temperature in July is +19 degrees. Health centers and private cottages have been built on the lakes. The northern coast is very popular, but you can only get to it by swimming or going down the mountain, but this does not stop tourists at all.

 The recreation center "Sibiny" offers recreation on the Sibinsky lakes. For accommodation there are houses for 3-6 people. The houses have everything for a comfortable stay: hot and cold water, toilets, showers, new furniture, satellite TV, microwave. On the territory of the base there is a special place for barbecue lovers. There is also a cafe and a shop on site.
