The grandiose building made of white marble is decorated both outside and inside with traditional Kazakh ornaments and voluminous decor. The largest dome, 51 meters high, ends in a spire with a crescent. In front of the main entrance you will see fountains and stunning flower beds. During Soviet times, the cathedral housed a museum, and the bell tower was used as the first radio station in Kazakhstan. Only in 1995 were services resumed in the cathedral.
